Shipping

Do you offer free shipping worldwide?

Yes! Free shipping worldwide at no minimum purchase!

When will my item be shipped out?

Items will usually be shipped within 24 - 48 hours. It may take up to 72 hours depending on the season.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

USA CUSTOMERS: Items will arrive usually within 2 - 7 business days. Sometimes items may take longer to arrive due to weather conditions or other delays such as holidays. If you're looking for a faster service we also offer a "Priority Mail"option which will usually arrive within 1 - 4 business days.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Depending on which country you live in items may take anywhere from 10 - 90 days to arrive. Again, this all depends on your location so we encourage you to contact us through the CONTACT US page or at info@kwaccessories.com. We will give you a more accurate estimate of arrival.

I think my item is lost. What do I do?

We suggest you run outside and scream. Just kidding! Simply contact us through our email: info@kwaccessories.com. We will analyze the situation and replace or refund if needed.



Return/Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my item?

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you've received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

My item arrived broken :(. Can I get a replacement?

We will turn that frown upside down! Just simply contact us at: info@kwaccessories.com and we will either replace or refund after picture proof is provided.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you click the "Check out" button and confirm your order we can no longer cancel. Items are processed immediately so please be 100% sure before purchasing.
